Well, the newest project i have started is a sketch blog for the Austin Sketch Society. this should be an interesting look at how these very different artists depict the same subject. here is some of the headder and banner art i am throwing around.

so i think that i have picked up paint and a brush once in the last 5 years...so i thought that i would do a few for the heavy metal show. i have a few done like 5. and i really enjoy doing them. so they are for sale if anyone is interested, just email me.enjoy
first order of business, Vulgar Display of Art, The Art of Heavy Metal. An art show inspired by heavy metal. The opening is the first thursday of November. thats right Nov 2nd at 7:00pm. its upstairs at the continintal club on south congress. come out and support your local artists. it will be up all month, so even if you cant make the opening you can still come out any time through the month.second, these are some examples of what i am putting in the show. not these exactly but signs like these. i can do custom signs as well, the are cut vinyl on mdo. they ar gaurenteed not to fade and have an outdoor life of atleast 7 years. so hang it in your home for ever. prices vary and i can do custom signs. just just drop me a line at inkatjoes atyahoodotcom.thanks for looking!

so today i decided to carve a pumpkin. wow it was way more difficult than i remember. of course i was attempting a more difficult design than just the normal face, tho i thought my design would be pretty simple. maybe 4.5 hrsYea halloween!joe

well the goatheadpub site is now officially down. zip nada nomore. unfortunatly , that means that my inkatjoes site is gone also. but i wll keep posting here. i am working on getting a new host and will let you know when things are back up and running.so in the meantime here is a new moji and another sketch page.

Well here is the first character design of the Red Baron, I am working on a revamp of the classic Snoopy cartoon. Working on Toona right now. Hope to have him finished by mid week.
